The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) have this week warned that individuals responsible for high rise buildings have 6 months left to register with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).

Owners and managers who fail to register by October 2023 will be investigated and may face prosecution. There are approximately 12,500 buildings which fall in this category in England which will be required to be registered.

The BSR have been clear that they intend to 'make the industry raise it's standards.
